From the app (recommended)

If you use WineMaker on Android, you can delete your account and associated data directly in the app:

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Open Settings (side menu).
  3. Scroll to the Account and data section.
  4. Tap Delete account and data.
  5. Complete the confirmation steps (including entering the confirmation word shown on screen).
  6. If Firebase asks you to, confirm your identity (password or Google).

This action is permanent: it deletes your Firebase Authentication account, your profile document in Firestore, your recipes, production batches, inventory, and calendar events in Firestore, marketplace evaluations and replies tied to your account, local copies of those user documents on the device (app SQLite store), cancels local production reminders, and removes the push notification token from your Firestore profile when it was stored there. Google Play purchases and subscriptions are not automatically refunded—see Google Play help on subscriptions and Play terms.

Subscription vs account deletion

Canceling or ending a “cloud sync” subscription (in Google Play) does not by itself delete your WineMaker account: the app may copy your personal winemaking data to the device and then remove it from the cloud, as described in the privacy policy (§ 2.11). The in-app Delete account and data flow above removes the account and the data listed.
